You’re in, or you’re out.

Shooting Chicago, it feels like, you're always standing on the outside, looking in. You're standing on the edges, trying to shoot into the city, to get that gorgeous skyline. But with Tokyo, I always seem to be on the inside, looking out. Part of that is the distributed nature of the city. There is no Manhattan in Tokyo, no Loop. The skyscrapers are more distributed than that. To get to the outside, you have to get really far to the outside.
